Leadership Institute

Our Leadership Institute has some of the finest young men and women that we’ve ever had the privilege of mentoring. Representing a minimum of at least six nations every year, these students have not only dedicated themselves to learning leadership principles, but to the application of it in various ministries within the school and their local churches. All of our leadership students are active in teaching and discipling other university students within their dormitories,  go to local drug rehabilitation centers teaching new believers, doing outreaches in the local Russian villages, even traveling to other nations to preach.

Upon completion of Leadership school, they can be chosen to participate in a specially designed Apprenticeship program that hones their leadership skills and gifting, and gives them the opportunity to minister and lead within the Bible School to other students. This fourth year course is key in developing their confidence in their callings and to work side by side with staff in the development of their own personal ministries.
