The Vision of Equip Ministries International is To Equip and Mobilize Leaders to Reach the Nations.

To Equip – an intense teaching program in the Word, and discipleship of each student’s unique gifts and callings.

To Mobilize – a program were each student receives practical training experience through outreach, and how to start and lead their own ministries.

Leadership – a training program where each and every student learns kingdom leadership and how to influence people with their callings from God.

To the Nations – missions teaching  for around the block and around the world. Students learn how to take the gospel to the nations and how to pioneer or support new ministries to the places God sends them.

Currently, Equip is mentoring several amazing young ministers and helping them to start their own ministries within St. Petersburg, Russia, as well as Zimbabwe, and Kazakstan.

With this vision in place, Equip Ministries has pioneered many projects that Mike and Carrie lead including Charis Bible Training Center, a Leadership Training School, Passion Within – Youth Outreaches, My Granny Ministries, a Missions Outreach Program, and their Titus 2 Mentorship Programs.
